DAILY LOVE
Hanging out with my German Shepherd Dusty is one of the great joys of my life. She has no ‘off switch’ so is always looking for something to entertain her! I try and take her to the park as often as I can for her favorite activity- throwing the ball.

Hydrating face mist is the best for keeping my make up from feeling stale as the hours march on. I also use coconut oil to take off my make up. Best remover out there.
WORK GEAR & GRIND
During summer, my workout uniform is my bikini. I do my entire workout in the pool. Lots of laps and modified Pilates moves using the resistance of the water as well as utilizing the edge of the pool for my arms.
WHERE'S YOUR SPARTI SCENT?
Now that I’m back to work, my Sparti lives in my set bag. I love how easy it is to travel with. My fave is the Love Sparti.
